These Terms are between you and Stackedge (CIF ESY5818456E), operator of Thesis at https://thesis.stackedge.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Financial Disclaimer.

Thesis is an AI-assisted crypto research tool for informational purposes. It generates structured reports on narratives, risks, tokenomics, and market signals. It does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or regulated financial services.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• One person may not share account access or resell the service without written permission.

Free includes 3 analyses per calendar month; Pro includes 200 analyses per billing cycle at €29/month unless stated otherwise on the pricing page. Credits refresh on the 1st of each month (Free) or on your Stripe billing date (Pro).

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from Settings or via Stripe customer portal.

• Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or third-party accounts.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or resell outputs at scale without permission.
• Do not rely on outputs as sole basis for investment decisions without independent verification.

The software, design, trademarks, and interface of Thesis belong to Stackedge or its licensors. You retain rights to inputs you submit; you receive a limited license to use generated reports for your own research. Redistribution of the platform or bulk automated extraction is prohibited.

Reports are generated by AI models and may contain errors or omissions. See the Financial Disclaimer. Stackedge does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackedge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, trading losses, or decisions made based on platform content.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or abuse. Upon termination, access ends and data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
